Send each paper the way that’s easiest right then: email, text, WhatsApp or your phone’s camera. FreightAgent.io reads it, puts it with the right load, and builds the packet you send to get paid.

At a truck stop the driver emails the RateCon, at the shipper texts the BOL, on the highway asks for status by voice, and at the receiver sends the POD on WhatsApp and photographs the lumper receipt. The broker emails the rate confirmation. You tap Forward and send it to your FreightAgent.io address. We read the rate, load number, pickup and delivery, and start the load on your board.

You snap the signed BOL and text it to 1-855-950-DOCS. We match it to the load by the number on the paper. No typing, no picking the load.

“Hey Siri, send a WhatsApp to FreightAgent: status.” Siri sends it and reads the answer aloud: your three most recent loads and what each still needs. We only reply; we never text you first.

You send the signed, three-page POD in WhatsApp. WhatsApp keeps the PDF at full quality, so every signature and date is readable. We check it’s signed and dated.

Quick answers

Do I need an app?

No. Email, text and WhatsApp are already on your phone, and the website works in your phone’s browser.

Do I have to tell you which load a paper is for?

No. We read the load number and match it. If we can’t tell, we ask you to pick, once.

Will you text me while I’m driving?

No. We only reply to what you send. Your full history is on the website.

Which phone numbers can send paperwork?

Up to three cell numbers you add in Settings. Texts and WhatsApp from other numbers aren’t read.
